Conversations can cover: ⭐Annual Planning ⭐Goal Setting (Short - Long term) ⭐Reflecting upon and monitoring progress. ⭐An opportunity for you as the rider to set expectations. ⭐Explore opportunities ⭐Structure a clear training program to help achieve your goals ⭐Discuss and plan warm up/competition routines. ⭐Review performance This coaching call is a great way for you to evaluate your current performance and make a clear plan for progression whilst off the horse. This call can be used to discuss and plan anything according to your needs. It's an opportunity for you as the rider to plan with the guidance of me as your coach, which can then filter into your ridden sessions.
