Monthly  seminar focussing on some of the more theoretical aspects of equestrian performance and training. Providing you with insight into why we train the way we do and how you can improve yoru own perfomance using proven techniques. 

Occuring on the last Wednesday of every month, with the addition of guest speakers some months to help broaden your knowledge and understanding of equestrian training and performance. 

There will be opportunity to ask questions (this is highly encouraged!) and also suggest topics for discussion on the members forum and Facebook page. 

This is available to non members wishing to becoem more informed for £6 and is included as part of the Informed Riders monthly membership package.
